We cook great food. We have world-class recipes.

And recently, the good people at The Food Station asked Rheme Cleo to join Emil Larossi and Rachel Rave on the set for an up close discussion about the secret to creating amazing dishes.

While hesitant to disclose secret recipes and such, Rheme Cleo agreed to the interview, as long as The Food Station did not record the discussion. And as long as nobody asked specifically for the ’secret’. So closely are the secret recipes kept, that even under those conditions, TFS agreed.

Emil: BANG!!!!!!!! BANG!!!!!!! You’se guys have the essence!
Rheme Cleo: Thanks, Emil. You are too kind. This is such an honor.
Rachel: So tell us…hehe…what’s the secret to your recipes?
Rheme Cleo: (silence)
Rachel: Ooooops…..hehehe….in your worldly travels, have you guys ever gone anywhere where you can eat on $40 a day?
Emil: BANG!!!!!!! I just said to myself just the other day…I said, “self”…..
Rheme Cleo: “SELF!!”
Emil: I said, “self…..If I was a heavy duty, world class rock-n-roll band that has toured across Europe three times, and Japan twice, and I was gonna make a heavy duty menu of staples to eat while I was touring the world….what would those recipes be?”
Emil: Hey, when we come back, we’re gonna KICK IT UP A NOTCH with some killer salsa!!
RC Monica: Salsa?!! WOOO HOOOO!
RC Tim: Emil, dude, you watch too many reruns of your own show.
RC Scotty: Well, I don’t know about kickin’ it up a notch, but these are some killer recipes!
Rachel: Let me run over to my set and get the EVOO!!
